✔ Handle B2B travel queries for outbound Europe tours (FIT & GIT: hotels, packages, etc.)
✔ Lead and guide the team (Team Leader role) to achieve business targets
✔ Coordinate with global suppliers and partners for seamless bookings & reservations
✔ Prepare competitive quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals for agents
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
✔ Provide end-to-end support – from inquiry to post-travel assistance
✔ Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and visa requirements
✔ Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries & vendor coordination
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & attention to detail
✔ Leadership & team-handling experience (for Team Leader role)
