Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales & Marketing to lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, sales strategy execution, and coordination with marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives and telecallers
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
• Monitor individual and team performance with regular reviews
• Support lead generation, follow-ups, demos, and sales closure
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
• Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management
• Train, motivate, and mentor team members to improve productivity
• Ensure proper CRM updates and sales process compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B, IT services, or inside sales is an added advantage
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
