Job Description

The role involves briefing customers about the residential project, promoting property sales through various channels, acting as a mediator in negotiations, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will be responsible for handling direct sales, generating leads from referrals and channel partners, as well as maintaining daily reports. Additionally, you will advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and accompany buyers during property visits and inspections. Requirements for this position include excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills, along with a good understanding of the city's geography. Travel will be required as per job demands. The position is full-time, with 5 working days a week and 6 weekdays off or Comp Offs per month. The expected work hours are 45 hours per week. The educational requirement for this role is a graduate or postgraduate degree.,
