Team Leader - Sales

1. Monitoring Sales Executives on daily basis. 2. Ensure updation of EBR activities of Executives. 3. Identify training requirements of team members and the request is fonvarded to ffi. Department. 4. ;Ensure that all payments are collected betbre the vehrcle dehvery. 5. Ensure the bank payments/collections of your branch. 6 'Conducting daily team meeting and taking reports from the Executives 8. Helping Sales Executives in closing the sales. 7. Helping executives for home visit. 8. Train the Executives on their product knowledge and helping them to improve their closing sales. 9. Giving daily perfoffnance reports to ASM and if required to SM. 10. Situation handling in the absenee of team member. 11. Weekly reviews on team performance. 12. Guiding the Sales Executives for achieving Sales target as well as Insurance, warranff, aecessories and finance. 13. You must be aware about the daily activities of each Sales Executiveu verify the committed plans of the Executives. 14. Make delegation of work for the Sales Executives.
