Saarathee is looking for candidates with disabilities to fill the position of Team Leader. If you have strong leadership and communication skills, this role is for you.

Qualification: Graduate in any subject

Experience: 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

What Youll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance targets. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. Allocate tasks effectively and ensure timely project completion. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Address and resolve team conflicts promptly. Conduct team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges. Prepare and present performance reports to management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve queries efficiently.

What Were Looking For:
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in client servicing is a plus. Experience in BPO preferred. Understanding of data and reporting.
