Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

1-Team Supervision:-

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecaller's handling outbound calls for renewals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to enhance productivity and sales quality.
Responsible for convincing the customers to renew the policy, port the policy and closing the lead.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual and group targets ( daily ,weekly ,monthly).
Handling the entire Renewals team of 10 people maximum.

2-Sales & Process Management :-

Monitor call quality and customer interactions to ensure high standards of Service providing and maintaining compliance.
Guide team members in effective pitching terms to existing customers having the policy of renewals.
Track leads conversions, and overall funnel health through internal systems.

3-Training & Development :-

Keep the team updated with product knowledge and policy changes.

Desired Profile & Experience :-

Education: Graduate in any stream.
Fluent in English & Good pitching, convencing skills for Port out or renewal of policy

Experience :-

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in team handling role preferably in insurance renewals, telesales, BPO, or channel sales or General Insurance/ Term / Life Insurance.
Previous experience in health insurance domain is highly preferred.

Skills Required :-

Strong leadership, Team management, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer persuasion skills.
Result oriented with the ability to manage pressure and targets.
Familiarity with MS excel, and sales reporting.
