Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader Recruitment with a strong background in bulk hiring profiles. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a recruitment consultancy and should be capable of managing a team, handling multiple mandates, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and interns handling bulk hiring.

- Strategize and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring quick turnaround times.

- Source candidates using job portals, databases, professional networks, and referrals.

- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand manpower needs.

- Monitor daily performance of the recruitment team and provide training/support as required.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare reports for management review.

- Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal hiring policies.

Key Skills Required:

- Mandatory experience in working with a recruitment consultancy

- Proven expertise in bulk hiring (for eg. Customer support, collection agent, Telesales executive, technical support, VKYC agent etc)

- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills

- Excellent team management and leadership capabilities

- Familiarity with ATS, Excel reporting, and hiring dashboards

- Strong communication and client coordination skills

- Ability to manage high-pressure hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Management

- 2+ years of total recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a team handling role
