Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.)
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical/functional interviews
Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback and selection decisions
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for key roles
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for weekly/monthly reviews
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment laws

Preferred candidate profile

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or export sectors
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of labour laws and hiring compliances (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
