Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Team Leader in Real Estate Sales at an on-site location in Vijayawada. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing sales operations, managing and motivating sales teams, setting objectives, and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded. Additionally, you will be developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, building client relationships, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth while upholding high standards of client service.
