Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Monitor cooking oil TPM, hygiene processes, pest control, and product temperature during transit.
  2. Analyze customer complaints using RCA/5 Why's, and implement CAPA with operations and culinary teams.
  3. Conduct random sampling of raw/packaging materials and verify label and spec compliance.
  4. Lead audits across kitchens, warehouses, PODs, suppliers, and support third-party/authority inspections.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate product validation, shelf-life checks, and process training for new brand launches.
  2. Conduct training programs on food safety, process control, and HSE based on audit findings.
  3. Review supplier processes for problematic SKUs and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  4. Track audit findings, collaborate with stakeholders for NC closures, and maintain documentation.
