Team Leader Project Finance Controller

As a Team Leader / Assistant Manager in Project Controlling at Ramboll, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Financial Project Coordinators, Controllers, and Senior Controllers. Your strong financial background, team leadership skills, and focus on continuous improvement will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of Financial Project Coordinators, Controllers, and Senior Controllers to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Provide people leadership for a team of approximately 15-20+ FTEs, focusing on talent management, goal-setting, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. - Oversee the smooth transition of new scopes to support organizational growth and operational excellence. - Enable business advisory support by delivering accurate financial insights, variance analysis, and reporting for decision-making. - Guide the team on cost control, revenue recognition principles, and financial risk identification to enhance commercial awareness. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, enhancing team capabilities in BI reporting, automation, and project controlling. - Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Manage escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with global processes and drive successful change management initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in project controlling or financial controlling, with at least 12 years in a team lead or supervisory role. - Strong understanding of project financials, revenue recognition, budgeting, and forecasting. - Prior experience in a shared service or global delivery environment is advantageous. - Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools. - Experience with automation tools, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.,
