  • Lead and manage a team handling international voice support for banking products such as credit cards, loans, and lending
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and customer service standards
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to improve service delivery
  • Handle escalated customer interactions and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with operations and quality teams to drive process improvements
  • Prepare performance reports and assist in workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Preferred knowledge of credit card, loan, or lending processes to support domain-specific escalations
