About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Team Leader to oversee and manage our post-production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge of photography/videography editing, and the ability to ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the post-production team (photo editors, video editors, retouchers, album designers, etc.).

Assign tasks and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion of projects.

Review and maintain the highest quality of edited images, videos, and albums before delivery to clients.

Develop and implement efficient workflows for editing, retouching, color correction, and album designing.

Act as the main point of contact between the post-production team and management/sales team to ensure smooth communication and project updates.

Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot any bottlenecks in the editing process.

Maintain consistency in brand style, tone, and quality across all deliverables.

Monitor software, systems, and editing tools to ensure the team is equipped with the latest updates and resources.

Ensure data management, backup, and archiving processes are followed securely.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience (3+ years) in photo/video editing or post-production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.

Strong knowledge of editing software: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent tools).

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Strong eye for detail, colour, composition, and storytelling.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations.

Interacting with the client.
