Job Description: Operations - B2B Logistics (Contract)Company: Ekart Logistics Location: All Cargo Logistics, Vellamela , Patancheruvu Position: Operations Executive - Logistics Contract: 2-Month Temporary Contract Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month Role Overview:We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive for a 2-month contract to manage our B2B shipment operations in Vellamela. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow, from receiving goods to final dispatch, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end B2B shipment lifecycle (receiving, sorting, dispatch). Supervise and guide the on-ground operations team to meet daily targets. Coordinate with transport partners and clients to ensure smooth deliveries. Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation. Quickly resolve any on-ground operational issues or delays. Requirements: Experience: 1+ years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, preferably with B2B shipments. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Tools: Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with logistics software is a plus. Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
