About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Team Leader

to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in service-based industries such as KPO/BPO and will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring performance targets are met, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team in a KPO/BPO environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Monitor team performance using key metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
Drive productivity, adherence to SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies and process standards.

Skills & Requirements

3+ years of experience in KPO/BPO or service-based industry.
Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to performance management.
Excellent communication skills in English and Punjabi.
Ability to work in shifts (Morning / Evening / Night).
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
