Job Summary

Team Leader – Online MBA Sales

You will be responsible for leading a team of education counselors, driving enrollments, maintaining high conversion rates, and ensuring students are guided smoothly through the admissions process.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Sales Management

  • Lead a team of tele-counselors to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Provide training, daily motivation, and performance feedback to the team.
  • Monitor team KPIs and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

University Program Expertise

  • Possess deep understanding of Online MBA offerings from NMIMS, Amity, D.Y. Patil, Online Manipal, and Uttaranchal Online University.
  • Provide accurate, updated information on program features, fee structures, eligibility, and admission processes.
  • Address student concerns, comparisons, and help them choose the right-fit university.

Lead Engagement & CRM Handling

  • Track, monitor, and follow up with student leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure team updates all activities, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Prioritize hot/warm leads for timely conversions.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and targeting.
  • Share daily/weekly reports with management on performance, challenges, and feedback.
  • Ensure alignment between sales goals and student satisfaction.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience

    : 3–5 years in education sales, specifically handling Online MBA programs of NMIMS, Amity Online, D.Y. Patil, Online Manipal, and Uttaranchal Online University.
  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Skills

    :
  • Strong leadership & team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills
  • Deep knowledge of online university offerings
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho)
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions
