Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Udaipur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, delegating tasks, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently. The role involves facilitating communication between team members, problem-solving, and maintaining high levels of team morale. Additionally, the Team Leader will collaborate with other departments to align team efforts with organizational objectives.

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or mobile payments is a plus
