As an Account Opening Process Specialist, your role involves running the process for Account Opening, account maintenance, and account closure related formalities. You must ensure to meet SLA and KPI on a regular basis in the process. Your key responsibilities include: - Verifying the requests submitted by Maker to ensure 100% quality. - Reviewing client documentations to ensure compliance with internal KYC policies, Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements. - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to coordinate with the Relationship Teams and ensure the business requirements are met. - Responding to all client queries and taking necessary actions on a real-time basis. - Demonstrating quick decision-making ability. - Managing Escalation and Management Reports effectively.
