Team Leader / Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership:

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
• Monitor daily activities, performance metrics, and ensure adherence to recruitment processes.
• Conduct regular training and motivation sessions to enhance team productivity.

Recruitment Delivery:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing positions.
• Handle mid to senior-level hiring across multiple domains (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, BPO, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking.

Client Engagement & Business Growth:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing timely solutions.
• Coordinate with clients for feedback, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Support in generating new business opportunities and expanding client accounts.

Reporting & Process Excellence:

• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, closure ratio, offer-to-join ratio).
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good experience (46 years) in

  Non-IT Recruitment

  with consultancy/staffing firms.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with a consultative approach.
