About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Team Leader to lead our efforts in driving user growth for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in influencer collaborations, team management, and developing growth strategies across Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective user growth strategies for the Indian market through Instagram and YouTube influencer marketing.
• Build and manage strong relationships with influencers, agents, and key partners to boost user acquisition and LTV.
• Design localized incentive programs and growth pathways for agents and influencers to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Lead and mentor the local team, ensuring smooth collaboration, high performance, and timely achievement of growth targets.
• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to optimize influencer marketing initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from strategy development to execution and reporting.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• In-depth understanding of Indian market trends, culture, and social media behavior.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing, user growth, or similar roles with measurable results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.
