Key Deliverables:

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets through vendor and team performance
Monitor and analyze agency performance and implement corrective actions
Prepare and maintain reports on collection efficiency and portfolio coverage
Improve customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution and team training

Role Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, problem-solving, and planning with external vendors and teams
Drive productivity by ensuring maximum case visits by field executives
Develop and motivate staff to enhance collection quality and customer experience
Coordinate with other departments to resolve service-related issues effectively
