Job Description

We are seeking an experienced TPRM Lead to own and govern the end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management program. The role focuses on evaluating vendor risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining alignment with organizational security and risk posture.

Key Responsibilities

Own and govern the end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management program
Ensure alignment of TPRM activities with organizational risk posture and regulatory obligations
Lead third-party risk assessments for vendors and partners
Evaluate security posture, compliance standards, and potential risk exposure of third parties
Review, analyze, and present weekly and monthly dashboards covering risk trends and SLA adherence
Track exceptions, remediation actions, and risk treatment plans
Guide L2 teams in executing assessments and validating security and compliance controls
Ensure adherence to internal security standards and risk frameworks
Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal governance requirements
Maintain documentation related to vendor risk assessments and compliance evidence

Required Experience & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Risk, Compliance, or Information Security
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and privacy frameworks
Proven experience leading vendor risk assessments and governance programs
Experience working with dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting
Ability to guide and oversee assessment teams and control validation activities
Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Chennai with short notice availability
