Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the team, ensuring targets and goals are met, providing guidance and support to team members, conducting performance reviews, and developing strategies for team improvement. Additional responsibilities include liaising with other departments, handling customer complaints and escalations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
