  • Assist the Banquet Manager in ensuring efficient banquet management according to the established concept statement.
  • Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to guests and owners.
  • Manage employee expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance event quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional performance.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations, preferably in events service.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Familiarity with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
