Job Description

Assist the Banquet Manager in ensuring efficient banquet management according to the established concept statement.
Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to guests and owners.
Manage employee expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance event quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations, preferably in events service.
Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
Familiarity with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
