Position: Sales Manager / Team Leader
Location: Vinayaka Plaza, AM-01 Ansal Golf Link, Greater Noidasalary: 41,000 to 58,000 in handexperience 4-6 years (real estate industry)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to lead our sales team at Square Realty Associates LLP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and at least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic sales skills to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. ● Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and feedback to team members.● Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.● Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.● Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of sales campaigns.● Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and ethical standards. ● Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements for senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
● 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 year in a managerial or team leader role.● Strong leadership and team management skills.● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.● Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.● Knowledge of property documentation, RERA regulations, and real estate market dynamics.
