Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Client Acquisition located in Chennai. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team to acquire new clients and drive business growth. Daily tasks may include client prospecting, conducting sales meetings, developing client relationships, and ensuring targets are met.

  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the B2B marketplace is a plus
