Team Leader Business Development

As a Team Leader/Section Leader in Business Development at our Mohali location, your primary role will be to lead the sales and marketing efforts of the Distillery Vertical within our Company. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving assigned sales targets for distillery engineering solutions and full plant setup projects. - Generating repeat sales from existing customers through maintaining strong relationships. - Reviewing customer inquiries, understanding their requirements, and preparing techno-commercial proposals. - Assisting the Management in preparing a business strategy for the robust growth of the Distillery Business Vertical. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following candidate requirements: - Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical is preferable. - Experience: 8 years and above. - Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge about Evaporators (Low Temperature Evaporator, Falling Film Evaporator), condensers, cooling & condensing systems, Direct contact heaters, mechanical circulators, molasses conditioners, etc. Thank you for your interest in joining our team.,
