Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement for each sales executive.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Coordinate with the Brand and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and partners.
Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets to the sales team members.
Conduct regular review meetings to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose corrective actions when targets are not met.
Oversee brand-wise stock planning, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
