Key Responsibilities Achieving Sales Targets Meet both value-based and volume-based targets. Dealer Management Oversee sales, stock availability, service quality, and timely collections. Market Coverage Follow a structured Planned Journey Plan (PJP) for field visits. Territory Development Identify potential dealers and upgrade existing dealers to higher performance categories. Market Intelligence Collect data on competitor pricing, schemes, product launches, and new entrants. Collections Ensure timely payment collections and minimize outstanding balances. Reporting Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on: Sales Stock Collections and Outstanding Balances Promotions and Schemes Dealer-wise Performance Market Feedback Promotions and Schemes Communicate and implement promotional activities effectively at the dealer level.
