We re looking for a Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Team Lead to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team and lead our Accounts Payable operations with excellence, innovation, and purpose.
About the Role
As a PTP Team Lead, you ll be responsible for managing a high-performing team, overseeing end-to-end AP processes, and driving continuous improvement.
You ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency all while developing talent and building strong partnerships across the business.
What You ll Do
Lead and coach the AP team to deliver timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and issue resolution.
Own the full PTP process: invoice reception, posting, 3-way match, payment execution, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with SOX, CFI, and local statutory requirements.
Drive KPI performance, DPO improvement, and internal customer satisfaction.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Foster a culture of coaching, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What You Bring
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles.
3+ years of experience managing teams in a shared services or GBS environment.
Strong knowledge of AP systems and controls; SAP experience preferred.
Fluent English communication (C1 level).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
Experience in Lean Six Sigma or project management is a plus.
