Job Description The Enterprise Accounting Team Lead I performs complex activities related to special accounting projects. This role prepares financial reports/models and analyzes financial/accounting data, while supervising the activities of an assigned staff. Key Responsibilities Reviews and evaluates advanced issues and analyzes Accounting/Financial/technical information Uses advanced accounting principles and understand the concepts, rules and terminology to the science of accounting Manages day to day" workflow" Applies strong understanding of industry practices and integrates subject matter knowledge Leads process and/or service improvement program Questions and considers the implications of financial decisions and accounting recommendations Education 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities This job has supervisory duties.
