Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of recruiters in fulfilling contract staffing requirements across various industries (IT/non-IT).
Work closely with clients to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
Allocate requirements to team members and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for contract positions: sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
Ensure compliance with client SLAs and internal KPIs.
Conduct regular team reviews and performance assessments.
Coordinate with account managers and clients for feedback and process improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and compliance regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
6+ years of total recruitment experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team lead role handling contract staffing.
Strong knowledge of contract employment models, payroll vendors, and statutory compliance in India.
Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and managing a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms).

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with large enterprise clients or staffing agencies.
Familiarity with multiple industry domains (e.g., IT, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing).
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
