Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Surat. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, managing and mentoring team members, setting team goals, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The role also includes facilitating communication within the team, providing performance feedback, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and comply with company standards.
