Role: Recruitment Lead Experience:4-8Yrs Notice Period: Immediate/Serving Notice/15Days Only Location: Bangalore Work Mode: RTO(5Days)(Saturday & Sunday off) Salary: As Per Company Standards Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Lead to manage and oversee our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Design and implement overall recruiting strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates for key roles Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Utilize recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure success and optimize processes. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Stay updated on employment laws and best practices. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruitment lead or senior recruiter. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
