Job Description

About the Role:

Team Lead

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support a team of CSRs
Train and develop your team to help them grow
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
Analyze reports to find and fix performance issues
Coach and motivate your team daily
Create incentive programs to boost performance
Help manage team schedules
Work with other departments (HR, IT, etc.) to solve problems
Learn the company’s products, services, and promotions inside and out
Be a positive example and role model for your team

What You Need:

High school diploma (required)
Post-secondary education in Business is a plus
1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center
At least 1 year in a supervisor or team lead role
Experience handling escalated customer issues
Typing speed of 30 words per minute
Basic skills in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is an asset
Good time management and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Willing to work various shifts (days, evenings, holidays)
