Role & responsibilities:

  • Social Media Complaint Management, Escalation desk.
  • Handling social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback.
  • Utilize CRM tools and software to track and manage customer interactions and complaints efficiently.
  • Excellent in feedback, Coaching and Mentoring
  • Proficient with all Operation metrics

Shifts:

5 days working Rotational shifts

Week offs:

2 Rotational weeks off
