Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plans that expands the company s
customer base
Managing the sales hiring, objectives setting, coaching and performance itoring
of sales representatives
Higher energy levels coupled with negotiation tactics, prospecting skills and constant
thirst for conversions
Experience of managing at least 5 employees prior is a must
Responsible either for Top Line or Bottom Line
