We are hiring for the role of Team Lead-Sales Sourcing for our Pune location.

Job Summary

The Team Lead Sales Sourcing is responsible for driving lead generation, prospect outreach, and channel engagement to support sales conversion targets. The role manages a sourcing team, leads business development initiatives, establishes broker and partner networks, and ensures a consistent and high-quality pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Sourcing

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate qualified leads through multiple channels (brokers, telecalling, digital, walk-ins, referrals, corporate tie-ups, events, etc.).
  • Track and optimize lead generation ratios, conversions, and sourcing funnel performance.
  • Ensure sourcing targets are achieved in alignment with overall sales goals.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and supervise a sourcing team including telecallers, field executives, and broker relationship managers.
  • Motivate, train, and guide team members to improve productivity, customer communication skills, and lead quality.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and set KPIs for individual and team measurement.

3. Channel Partner & Broker Network Development

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and referral agents.
  • Conduct regular broker meets, site visits, project orientations, and engagement activities.
  • Monitor broker performance and implement incentive plans to maximize output.

4. Market Research & Business Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, promotions, and sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer profiles, and buyer behavior to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Submit periodic sourcing reports, insights, and improvement recommendations to senior management.

5. Customer Experience & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales closers team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and follow-up.
  • Track lead lifecycle and ensure timely engagement through CRM tools.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including site visit planning, follow-up closures, and customer communication scripts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree required;

  • Minimum

    5–8 years

    of experience in sales sourcing or business development in real estate.
  • Proven experience managing a field sourcing or channel partner team.
