Role Overview

Kevells is hiring an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Tele Sales to manage our B2B Client Acquisition team. This role involves leading and coaching a team of tele sales executives, monitoring performance, and ensuring client acquisition targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele sales executives.
• Monitor team performance to ensure achievement of daily and monthly acquisition targets.
• Conduct training sessions and share sales best practices.
• Track and report team productivity, including talk time and acquisition numbers.
• Handle escalated client calls and ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily/weekly performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Tele Sales / Client Acquisition with Team Handling experience.
• Education: Open to all educational backgrounds.
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze team performance data and implement improvements.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Work Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
