Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 7-11 years of experience to lead our React JS team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React JS and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications using React JS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding guidelines.
Troubleshoot issues and debug code to resolve defects.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in React JS and related technologies such as Redux or MobX.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to manage a team effectively.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong understanding of software development principles and patterns.
