Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Team Lead to drive growth in our life insurance business by leading and managing a team of sales professionals. This role involves developing sales strategies, nurturing key partnerships, mentoring team members, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate client base and deepening existing B2B relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives focused on life insurance solutions. Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve team and company revenue targets. Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners. Monitor team performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and product teams to tailor offerings to business clients. Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Ensure CRM systems are updated with accurate sales data and pipeline status. Deliver detailed sales forecasts and reporting to senior management. Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to sales team members. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of life insurance products and B2B distribution channels. Proven ability to lead a sales team to exceed performance targets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
