We are seeking a self-motivated, passionate technology enthusiast with a proven track record in delivering high-quality web applications. As a PHP Team Lead you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions while mentoring the team and driving best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, document, and maintain high-quality web applications.
• Apply project management practices to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Develop MVC-compliant applications using Laravel, CodeIgniter, YII, or Zend Framework (proficiency in at least one required).
• Optimize PHP code, database queries, and functions through code and project review sessions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose constructive changes.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance technical competence.
• Provide accurate effort estimates for deliverables and meet deadlines through proactive follow-ups.
• Research and adopt new technologies into existing systems and workflows.
• Work with CMS frameworks, particularly WordPress.

Qualification / Requirement

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling technical challenges.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Capability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong database skills with proven experience in MySQL 5, including knowledge of indexes, full-text searches, and the use of regular expressions in queries.
• Excellent understanding of application architecture and experience working with MVC frameworks.
•  Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery/Sencha.
