Role Responsibilities:

Drive EDC device sales and increase merchant acquisition in assigned areas.
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team.
Resolve merchant queries and enhance merchant engagement.

Job Requirements:

26 years experience in sales and team management, preferably in fintech or payments.
Proven experience leading a sales team with clear goal-setting and coaching.
Graduate or Post Graduate with strong drive and growth mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
