As a Team Lead Operations in the BPO domain, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer care representatives at the office location in Ahmedabad. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, defining roles, and ensuring alignment with the team's vision. You will communicate expectations, goals, and feedback regularly, resolve concerns, and address conflicts promptly. The compensation for this role includes a salary of up to 6 Lakhs Per Annum, along with benefits such as performance bonus, shift allowance, insurance, and other benefits.
