Team Lead - Operations (BPO)

Role Overview: You are seeking a Team Lead Operations in the BPO domain to operate from the office. Your primary task is to oversee a team of customer care representatives at the on-site location in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: - Set clear objectives, define roles, and ensure alignment of each team member with the team's vision. - Regularly communicate expectations, goals, and feedback to the group, actively resolving concerns or issues. - Identify and address conflicts early, facilitate discussions, and find satisfactory solutions. - Recognize and reward good performance, provide feedback, and encourage professional development. - Support team members" professional growth through training and opportunities. - Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures. - Guide team members to meet individual targets and KPIs. - Generate reports on team performance and provide updates to senior management. - Work within the Logistic or Ecommerce domain. Qualifications Required: - Strong reasoning ability and self-motivation. - Mature thought process, good judgment, and decision-making skills. - Team management skills with a focus on quality and productivity. - Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats. - Proactive approach with problem-solving capability. - Proficiency in people management and conducting performance appraisals. - Coach associates to achieve company and client goals, providing training and addressing employee-related issues. - Motivate and mentor the team through coaching, feedback, and recognition. - Utilize various tools and applications to accomplish tasks, troubleshoot technology issues, and support outage processes.
