Team Lead Operations

As a Team Lead in Lien-Operations with a background in BPO/KPO, your primary responsibility will be to manage your team effectively to achieve the desired and optimum utilization of resources. You will be tasked with ensuring team member productivity, training, and managerial tasks to deliver projects as per deadlines and up to client satisfaction. Your role will involve overseeing daily workflow management, ensuring maximum capacity in the project pool, and maintaining schedule adherence for yourself and your team. To excel in this role, you must possess strong oral and written English communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities. Your professional qualifications should include a graduate or master's degree in any stream, and you should have 5-7 years of experience in managing teams in the BPO/KPO industry. Being proactive in taking up new challenges and expanding your skill set is essential for success in this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting daily meetings with your team, providing timely process updates, and performing random quality checks on the volumes processed by team members. It is crucial to maintain constant communication with US offices through calls and emails and prepare accurate reports for timely submission to the desired recipients. As you progress in this role, opportunities for growth to positions such as Senior Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager may become available based on your performance. Please note that this role requires working night shifts in USA Shift timing, with additional allowances, and working on Indian holidays.
