Job Description

Job Purpose:

To work in line with Manager-Audit and ensure all the SOP’s and Protocols were followed correctly across all the centers of Oliva.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all the quality parameters were maintained across Oliva centers as per the standard.
Visit all the centers across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai at least once in a month and make sure the protocols were intact.
Responsible to generate Monthly Quality and Audit reports and send them to the Manager.
Ensure by auditing the entries in internal software were made as per the protocol and also audit the physical files of the clients were maintained properly.

Personal Traits:

Fresher’s or Experienced are Eligible
Should have basic knowledge of Excel
Should know basic telephone etiquette
Female Candidate is Preferred
Good Communication Skills.
Young and Energetic.
Flexibility to Travel
