Offshoot Agency Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities along with good working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and performance tracking.

Job Profile: Team Leader

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months experience year as a Team Leader

Location: Noida Sector 5

Salary: Up to ₹26,000 CTC (depending on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Monitor individual and team performance
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel
Analyze data and track KPIs to improve productivity
Conduct training and provide regular feedback to team members
Ensure quality output and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with management for updates and performance reviews
