Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee the development of mobile applications, backend APIs, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS), backend technologies, and QA methodologies, along with strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of mobile developers, backend engineers, and QA testers.
• Architect scalable mobile apps (Android/iOS or cross-platform like Flutter/React Native).
• Design and implement robust backend APIs (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
• Define and execute QA strategies (manual + automated testing).
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across mobile, backend, and QA layers.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve team productivity.
• Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
• Monitor app performance, user feedback, and analytics to guide improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• .Strong proven experience in mobile app development and backend API design.
• Solid understanding of QA tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Agile methodologies
• DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Performance monitoring and analytics tools.
