About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Team Lead – Meta Ads (Performance Marketing) who can lead our paid social team and manage high-budget, ROI-focused lead generation campaigns for top real estate clients.

The ideal candidate should be a Meta Ads specialist with a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate quality leads at scale. You will also mentor junior team members, manage multiple accounts, and work closely with creative and strategy teams to achieve performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation for multiple real estate clients.

Develop data-backed campaign strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to achieve the lowest CPL and highest quality leads.

Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.

Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and implement insights to enhance ROI.

Collaborate with design, content, and account management teams to ensure campaign alignment and creative consistency.

Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports, insights, and optimization plans to internal stakeholders and clients.

Stay updated on Meta’s evolving ad policies, tools, and real estate advertising compliances (RERA guidelines, etc.).

Train, guide, and supervise a team of performance executives to ensure delivery and innovation across campaigns.

Requirements

5–9 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads for lead generation (mandatory).

Proven success managing large-scale campaigns (5–50L/month) for real estate or high-ticket service brands.

Strong understanding of funnel setup, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and creative testing.

Experience in A/B testing, pixel integration, event tracking, and CRM integration.

Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.

Leadership skills to guide and motivate a small team toward campaign goals.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
